Okay, maybe those aren’t the real Billy Joel lyrics, but it’s those same fishermen he refers to that inspired this roast. We lived near Montauk, Long Island for many years, home to many of these fisherman.
The beans are of a single origin from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, specifically the renowned subregion of Lintong.

This is our darker, heartiest roast! The region is known for its earthy and savory flavors, along with dark chocolate and tobacco- exactly what you find in this coffee!
